If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, a representative from Prestatyn Leisure Hire should immediately be consulted.
We aim to deliver all bouncy castles/garden games before 11:00 and collect after 17:00. If you require an earlier delivery then please call us to discuss so we can accommodate your request. If you wish to have the bouncy castle/garden games after 17:00 then you must pay for an overnight hire.
We aim to deliver and have your hot tub set up by 17:00 at the latest on the delivery date. Collection will made between 10:00 - 17:00 on the date of collection.
The Hirer will, during the period of the hiring, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from damage however slight of any sort, and the behaviour of all persons of all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children.
The Hirer shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described in the hire agreement, and shall not sub-hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way.
The Hirer shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment (and accessories if supplied) and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless he/she brings to the attention of Pretsatyn Leisure Hire when it is set up and checked by the hirer when coming in to possession of the equipment any faults noted by the Hirer.
Prestatyn Leisure Hire will not be held responsible for any injuries or death resulting from the misuse of our inflatables and hot tubs.
Prestatyn Leisure Hire will not be held responsible for any damage caused to lawns, patios, decking or to any other surface which the inflatable or hot tub has been situated on.
Public Liability Insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol. Prestatyn Leisure Hire excludes any liability for injury loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to the terms and conditions of this contract.

Please follow the Do's & Don'ts which were provided to you on delivery of the hot tub.
You must exercise caution to prevent unauthorised access to your spa. Ensure your spa cover is securely fastened when spa is not in use. There is NO GUARANTEE that the cover, lock or clip tie downs will prevent access to your spa.
In the winter months the spa needs to be left switched on to prevent freezing pipes.
If you need to top up your hot tub remove the hose pipe to stop back siphoning and emptying the tub.
Do not overcrowd the hot tub. Make sure you stick to the maximum limit of persons in the hot tub at any one time.
Limit the time spent when using your spa since long exposures at warm temperatures can cause high body temperature. Symptoms may include dizziness, nausea, fainting, drowsiness, and reduced awareness, resulting in possible drowning. Prolonged immersion in a spa may be hazardous to your health.
Spa water temperature should never exceed 104°F (40°C). Temperatures between 100°F (38°C) and 104°F (40°C) are considered safe for healthy adults for up to twenty minutes. For young children, lower water temperatures are recommended. Check with your doctor.
Consult your physician before using your spa, especially if you suffer from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, a condition needing medical treatment, pregnant women, infants or the elderly.
You will be shown how to maintain the water and keep it clear for pleasant bathing. If you do not follow our instructions and the water becomes dirty which in turn clogs up the heater pump then we will not be held responsible for the hot tub cutting out and not working correctly. If we are available and only if we are available we will come out to fix such issues at a fixed call out cost of £50 to you the customer.
Even provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, and those using the inflatables and hot tubs, do so safely, unfortunately, accidents can still happen.
It may at times be necessary to cancel a booking either by Prestatyn Leisure Hire or by the hirer themselves. Should the hirer wish to cancel a booking, it should be done so as soon as possible.
If the cancellation is due to bad weather (excludes hot tubs) then this can be done up to 9am on the morning of the booking and there will be no cancellation fee, however, if it is not cancelled by 9am on the day, the full amount will become payable.
If cancellation of a unit is required for any other reason, we require one week’s notice (7 days) or the full amount of the booking may become payable. For multi hire (where more than one unit has been booked) we request at least 2 weeks’ notice, (14 days) or the full amount of the booking may become payable.
Where a cancellation is made by ourselves due to the required unit being unavailable, an alternative will be offered at no extra charge.
For safety reasons it may also be necessary for us to cancel a booking due to bad weather, we cannot install an inflatable outside when winds are expected to reach gusts of over 24mph.
The person/s or organisation hiring the inflatable equipment and or hot tub will be responsible for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the equipment and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur.
I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above.
